Responsibilities
- Drive strategy and execution for digital asset listings across custody, wallets, staking, and trading infrastructure
- Develop and manage partnerships with exchanges, protocols, and ecosystem participants to accelerate growth
- Bridge business development, product, and partnerships teams to align on ecosystem expansion initiatives
- Identify and evaluate new digital asset opportunities in regulated markets
- Lead cross-functional execution to integrate new assets and establish strategic partnerships
Requirements
- Director-level experience in digital assets, crypto, or financial services ecosystem development
- Proven track record managing strategic partnerships and third-party integrations
- Understanding of regulated digital asset markets and custody infrastructure
- Cross-functional leadership experience bridging business, product, and engineering teams
- Strong communication and negotiation skills for complex partnership agreements
