About the Role
BitGo is hiring a Financial Operations Manager, based in Palo Alto, California, United States. BitGo is the leading infrastructure provider of digital asset solutions, delivering custody, wallets, staking, trading, financing, and settlement services from regulated cold storage.
Responsibilities
- Support the day-to-day finance function, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.
- Contribute to monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processes.
- Support external audits and financial reviews, ensuring timely and accurate deliverables.
- Maintain accurate books and records, including reconciliations and supporting documentation.
- Strengthen internal controls, documentation standards, and compliance processes.
- Partner with business leaders to align financial insights with operational objectives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field; CPA or MBA preferred.
- 5+ years of progressive experience in finance, accounting, or financial operations, including experience in a regulated financial services environment (payments, banking, fintech, or digital assets).
- Strong understanding of financial reporting, internal controls, and operational finance.
- Experience supporting audits and preparing financial statements.
- Working knowledge of US GAAP and/or IFRS.
- Advanced Excel proficiency.
- ERP experience, NetSuite strongly preferred.
