About the Role
BitGo is seeking an Onboarding Associate to support digital asset custody and infrastructure services in Singapore. This role manages client onboarding workflows, compliance documentation, and account setup for regulated digital asset solutions including custody, staking, and trading services.
Responsibilities
- Process and verify client documentation for account opening and regulatory compliance
- Manage client onboarding workflows and coordinate account activation
- Ensure adherence to Singapore regulatory requirements and KYC/AML procedures
- Support institutional and enterprise client setup across custody, staking, and trading products
- Liaise between clients, compliance, and operations teams to resolve onboarding issues
Requirements
- Experience with client onboarding or account management workflows
- Knowledge of KYC/AML compliance procedures and documentation requirements
- Understanding of digital asset custody or trading infrastructure
- Familiarity with regulated financial services or cryptocurrency operations
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously
