About the Role
FalconX is seeking a Counsel for Corporate and Fintech Products to provide legal guidance on institutional crypto market access and product development. This role involves advising on regulatory compliance, product launches, and corporate governance within the fintech and digital assets space.
Responsibilities
- Provide legal counsel on regulatory compliance and licensing requirements for crypto market access products
- Review and advise on product launch strategies, documentation, and legal risk mitigation
- Support corporate governance, contracts, and corporate transaction matters
- Collaborate with product, compliance, and business teams on fintech innovation initiatives
- Monitor evolving digital asset regulations and advise on policy implications
Requirements
- JD or equivalent law degree with active bar admission in relevant jurisdiction
- 5+ years of experience in fintech, digital assets, or financial services legal practice
- Deep knowledge of cryptocurrency, blockchain, and digital asset regulatory frameworks
- Strong understanding of corporate law, product development, and compliance matters
- Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally with business and technical teams
