About the Role
Senior Manager leading general ledger accounting operations at FalconX, a crypto trading infrastructure platform. Responsible for establishing and managing GL accounting processes, financial controls, and compliance for institutional crypto market access.
Responsibilities
- Oversee general ledger accounting, month-end close, and financial statement preparation
- Design and implement GL accounting policies and procedures for crypto-native assets and transactions
- Lead accounting team to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with regulatory requirements
- Manage financial controls and internal audit coordination for institutional trading operations
- Collaborate with legal and compliance teams on accounting treatment of digital asset transactions
Requirements
- 7+ years of accounting or finance experience, with 3+ years in managerial role
- Deep knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standards
- Experience with crypto assets or digital finance (preferred)
- Strong Excel and accounting software proficiency
- CPA or equivalent professional accounting credential
