About the Role

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support to financial advisors and individual investors on the iCapital investment platform
  • Troubleshoot platform issues and identify root causes of user problems
  • Resolve client problems in a timely manner to maintain satisfaction
  • Ensure optimal user experience for a growing client base
  • Document and escalate complex issues to development and product teams

Requirements

  • Technical support or customer service experience
  • Ability to troubleshoot software platform issues
  • Strong communication skills
  • Understanding of financial services platforms preferred
