About the Role
Superstate is seeking a crypto-native Business Development professional to build and manage strategic partnerships with blockchain protocols and foundations. This role focuses on identifying, negotiating, and closing partnerships that drive adoption and integration of Superstate's platform within the DeFi ecosystem.
Responsibilities
- Identify and qualify strategic partnership opportunities with blockchain protocols, foundations, and DeFi platforms
- Negotiate and structure partnership agreements to drive platform adoption and integration
- Close deals and manage relationship lifecycle from initial outreach through post-close integration
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the DeFi ecosystem
- Develop partnership strategies aligned with Superstate's platform roadmap and growth objectives
Requirements
- Deep understanding of blockchain protocols, DeFi ecosystem, and tokenization landscape
- Proven business development experience closing partnerships or strategic deals
- Strong negotiation and deal-closing skills
- Native fluency in crypto/Web3 industry terminology and market dynamics
