Vertalo is hiring a VP of Product, based in Austin, TX. Our mission is to build institutional-grade, blockchain-enabled tokenization infrastructure for the securities industry. Responsibilities: - Define and own Vertalo's product roadmap across the VSP platform, transfer agent tools, and API integrations - Set product KPIs and iterate based on client feedback and platform data - Lead product discovery with issuer, transfer agent, and fund manager clients - Work cross-functionally with engineering, compliance, and BD to ship features - Drive strategy for Aptos, Ethereum, and Tezos chain integrations Requirements: - 5+ years of product management experience in fintech, regtech, or digital assets - Experience shipping B2B SaaS or API products at scale - Strong understanding of capital markets, securities regulation, or tokenization - Proven track record of owning roadmap and delivering features end-to-end - Comfortable operating in a small, fast-moving team Nice to Have: - Experience with transfer agency, cap table management, or tokenized securities - Familiarity with ERC-1400, ERC-3643, or Aptos Move smart contracts - Prior startup experience as Head of Product or VP
