FORDEFI
Fordefi is a digital asset wallet and custody technology provider founded in 2021 by Dima Kogan, Josh Schwartz and Michael Volfman. It operates an institutional multi-party computation (MPC) wallet platform for centralized and decentralized finance workflows, offering key management, transaction signing and policy controls. It is based in New York with operations in Tel Aviv and raised an 18 million dollar seed round in 2022. The company reports supporting hundreds of institutions and more than 120 billion dollars in monthly transaction volume. On 25 November 2025 Paxos announced it had acquired Fordefi; the product continues to operate independently while integration into Paxos infrastructure proceeds.
