PGIM is the global asset management business of Prudential Financial, headquartered in Newark, New Jersey. As of 30 September 2025 it managed approximately 1.6 trillion dollars across public fixed income, equities, real estate, private credit and alternatives, ranking among the 10 largest asset managers worldwide. On digital assets, PGIM has published research treating cryptocurrency as unsuitable for most institutional portfolios while identifying tokenization of real estate and infrastructure, along with blockchain-based settlement, clearing and compliance infrastructure, as areas of potential return. It employs more than 3,300 people.
